Yes, free pickup is available from the following areas: Ubud, Canggu, Sanur, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran. If your hotel or villa is located outside these areas, a small additional fee of USD 10–20 applies. We will confirm the exact amount once you share your pickup location during the booking.
Simply provide the name and address of your hotel or villa during booking (Checkout page) or we will reach out to you to ask for the detail pickup address. On the day of your tour, your driver/tour guide will meet you in the lobby at the agreed time.
You can choose your preferred pickup time at 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, or 9:00 AM. However, for guests staying in Ubud, the usual pickup is around 8:30–9:00 AM. For areas further south such as Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, or Jimbaran, we recommend an earlier pickup between 7:00–8:00 AM to allow for travel time. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking and can be adjusted to your request.

Yes! Since this is a private tour, the itinerary is fully flexible. You can adjust the stops, spend more time at your favorite places, or even add optional experiences (entrance fees not included for the additional destinations).
